About The Role Join a supportive multidisciplinary team delivering community-based physiotherapy across Melbourne's north-west. Enjoy a diverse caseload, adaptable work, and the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of people from diverse communities.
The role will be primarily based at the cohealth Niddrie site.

Your Duties Include
- Provide physiotherapy services ensuring a welcoming environment that allows consumers to enquire and learn about a range of health related matters to support with self management
- Contribute and participate in health education and promotion to maximise good health and prevent illness
- Refer, consult and liaise with staff within the organisation and other local agencies including allied health assistants to ensure a holistic multi-disciplinary approach to health care provision
- Act as an advocate for consumers as appropriate

Our Ideal Candidate
- Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy with relevant registration
- At least two years clinical Physiotherapy experience
- Demonstrated clinical competency in the areas of musculoskeletal, cardiorespiratory and/or neurological outpatient physiotherapy
- Understanding of the principles of chronic disease management
