About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and hands-on Aluminium Tray Assembler to join our team on a casual basis, with the opportunity to move into a full-time position after a successful probation period.

Key Responsibilities

- Assemble aluminium trays in accordance with assembly process instructions
- Cut materials and manufacture tray components as required
- Ensure all work is completed accurately according to job cards and quality assurance processes
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and attention to detail
- Support and uphold Lean Manufacturing principles




- Assist with general workshop tasks as needed

What We're Looking For

- Experience in assembly or a similar hands-on role (preferred but not essential)
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
