Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Analytical Chemist located in Mildura, VIC.

The Analytical

Chemist will be responsible for conducting experiments, analysing samples, and developing methodologies to support various projects. Day-to-day tasks will involve working with laboratory equipment, performing quality control, and participating in research and development (R&D;) initiatives.



The role also includes documenting results and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in Laboratory Skills and the use of Laboratory Equipment (ICP-OES, ICP-MS especially)
- Strong Analytical Skills for sample analysis and data interpretation
- Experience in Quality Control procedures
- Experience or interest in Research and Development (R&D;)
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Chemistry or a related field
- Previous experience in an analytical or similar NATA laboratory setting is advantageous
