OnTalent is partnering with a respected Queensland Government statutory authority to appoint a Change & Capability Advisor (AO5) on an ongoing temporary basis, anticipated to be approximately 12 months.

Joining a cooperative People & Capability team, you will contribute to organisation-wide initiatives that strengthen workforce capability, employee experience and organisational culture. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a values-driven organisation delivering services of significance to Queensland communities.

The Opportunity

Working across the organisation rather than supporting a single business unit, you will contribute to a broad portfolio of organisational development and capability initiatives. You will play a key role in supporting learning, inclusion, wellbeing and culture programs while helping build capability across the workforce.

Key responsibilities include

- Supporting organisational development, capability, wellbeing and inclusion initiatives.
- Assisting with the implementation and adoption of a new Learning Management System.
- Designing and developing engaging learning content and resources.
- Coordinating diversity, equity and inclusion activities and events.
- Supporting employee engagement, consultation and capability-building programs.
- Contributing to the planning and delivery of organisational change and people projects.

About You

You may come from an organisational development,



learning and development, capability, change, HR or people experience background. You enjoy working across multiple priorities, building stakeholder relationships and delivering practical solutions that enhance workforce capability and employee experience. You will ideally bring:

- Experience supporting organisational development, learning, capability or change initiatives.
- Exposure to learning management systems and digital learning platforms.
- Strong communication, facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience developing learning content, coordinating programs or delivering workforce capability initiatives.
- A passion for creating inclusive, engaging and positive workplace cultures.
