As an Application Analyst - Mobility & Airport Technology Systems, you'll play a key role supporting the Unisys Baggage Reconciliation System (BRS), a business-critical solution used in airport environments. This role spans enterprise mobility, Android devices, SOTI Mobile Device Management, Windows infrastructure, software testing, and operational technology systems while helping airlines and airport partners maintain reliable baggage operations.

What You'll Do

- Support and administer the SOTI Mobile Device Management setting and Zebra Android scanner fleet
- Manage device deployments, upgrades, software releases, maintenance, and lifecycle activities
- Support Windows Server and Hyper-V environments including backups, replication, patching, and administration
- Investigate technical incidents, troubleshoot system issues, and deliver effective resolutions
- Plan, create, execute, and track software testing activities for new releases and patches




- Support messaging gateways and message queue technologies that underpin baggage operations
- Act as a primary contact for operational issues and service requests
- Work closely with airline customers, ground handlers, project teams, and third-party vendors
- Participate in an on-call support roster to help maintain service continuity

What You'll Bring
- SOTI Mobile Device Manager (MDM) administration
- Android device support and mobility management

- Networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, Active Directory, DHCP, and DNS
- Incident management, troubleshooting, and problem resolution
- Supporting business-critical systems within defined service levels
- Software deployment, upgrades, patching, and testing activities
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Additional Experience Highly Regarded

- Microsoft Intune, Google Admin, iOS device management
- Large-scale software solution support
- Business analysis, end-user training, database administration, UNIX, or programming experience

Requirements

- General IT qualifications
- Current driver's licence
- Ability to obtain and maintain an Airport Airside Security Pass
- Successful completion of police and reference checks
