We are seeking an L1 Application Support Analyst to join a dynamic support team responsible for maintaining business-critical applications. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with solid SQL skills, Python scripting experience, and a passion for troubleshooting and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide Level 1 support for production applications and systems.

- Monitor application health, batch jobs, and system alerts.

- Investigate and resolve incidents using SQL queries, logs, and data analysis.

- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and root cause analysis.

- Develop and maintain simple Python scripts for automation and reporting.

- Manage incident tickets, issue triage, and escalation to L2/L3 teams.

- Support deployments, testing, and post-release validation activities.





- Prepare operational reports and support metrics.

Skills & Experience:

- Strong SQL skills (essential).

- Basic to intermediate Python scripting experience.

- Experience supporting enterprise applications in a production environment.

- Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Exposure to Angular or React.js is highly regarded.
