Ascend Mentorship is an elite academic coaching organisation helping Year 10-12 ATAR students across Australia dismantle exam stress and achieve top-tier marks through systematic study frameworks, executive functioning systems, and 1-on-1 performance mentorship.

Role Summary

We are seeking an articulate and highly responsive Appointment Setter to manage warm inbound lead flow. You will be the first point of contact for parents inquiring about our programs. Your sole objective is to contact new leads rapidly, build immediate rapport, qualify the family's needs, and schedule them onto a strategy consultation with our senior advisory team.

Key Responsibilities

- Speed-to-Lead Execution: Contact new inbound leads via phone call within 5 minutes of opt-in during operational hours.
- Lead Qualification: Conduct structured 5-10 minute calls with parents to understand their concerns, why they opted in and pre-frame specific qualification details and book them onto a consultation.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain consistent notes and lead status updates within our CRM system.
- Re-engagement Campaigns:



Follow up with cold/unbooked database leads via SMS and phone workflows to reactivate interest.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Flawless Spoken & Written English: Excellent tone, clarity, and communication skills suitable for conversing with high school parents.
- High Emotional Intelligence: Ability to validate parental stress while maintaining control of the sales conversation.
- Ethical Approach: Understand a question-based approach to properly understand concerns and never actually pressure.
- Prior High-Ticket Experience: Previous experience setting appointments for high-ticket coaching, education, or qualified services is strongly preferred.
- Reliability & Availability: Parents opt in at any time during the day (specifically 8:00 AM - 12:00 AM and 3:00 PM - 8:00 PM AEST). You must be able to pick up the phone and ring them promptly.

Compensation & Perks

- Competitive commission-based model: $50/qualified booked call + $150/Close (you don't close so this is passive!)
