About The Role Maersk is offering an exciting opportunity for motivated individuals to join our warehouse teams in Doncaster and Tamworth as Apprentice Warehouse Operatives. This role combines hands-on experience in a fast-paced logistics environment with the chance to gain a Level 2 Supply Chain Apprenticeship.
As an Apprentice Warehouse Operative, you will work as part of a supportive team, learning the key skills required for a successful career in warehousing and supply chain operations. Alongside your day-to-day role, you will complete a nationally recognised Level 2 Supply Chain Apprenticeship, gaining valuable qualifications while earning a salary.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting day-to-day warehouse operations
- Picking, packing, and loading/unloading goods
- Stock handling and inventory checks
- Following health & safety procedures at all times
- Working collaboratively as part of a team
- Developing knowledge of supply chain and logistics processes
Training & Development
- Work towards a Level 2 Supply Chain Apprenticeship
- On-the-job training with experienced colleagues
- Ongoing support from both Maersk and the training provider
- Opportunity to develop long-term career prospects within Maersk
Who We’re Looking For
- Must be 18 years or older
- Enthusiastic and reliable with a robust work ethic
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Able to work well in a team and follow instructions
- An interest in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain careers
