Responsibilities:

- Will utilize artistic abilities to deliver an in-store experience focused on customer satisfaction, by ensuring an excellent and exciting shopping experience.

- Guarantee proper brand storytelling with customers by understanding the Golden Goose brand and values.

- Communicate product knowledge and accurately describe the items and customization options.

- Anticipate and cater to customer needs with empathy and high level of customized customer service.

- Co-create special and unique items through the 'LAB Experience'

- Proactively stay informed and up-to-date on product information.

- Participate as "one team", supporting to accomplish team goals and maximize sales.

- Strictly follow Golden Goose procedures, policies and guidance for all activities, including co-creation.





- Travel to Sneaker Maker Tour events, as needed.

- Act as a Sales Associate when not 'on tour' or co-creating (i.e. selling on the floor, pre and after sales activities, stockroom, client reach out).

Qualifications:

- An artistic skillset (painting, drawing, sketching, doodling!)

- Self-motivated with positive attitude and professional selling techniques

- Positive customer focus with strong presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.

- Can speak more than one language will be plus.

- Can work either weekdays and weekends
