Are you an experienced Payroll Officer ready to take on greater responsibility within a complex, high-volume setting? This short-term Adelaide CBD contract offers an immediate start, competitive rates and valuable South Australian Government experience.

YOU | You’ll bring strong end-to-end payroll capability, sound legislative knowledge and a customer-focused approach. You will also have:

- Demonstrated Chris21 experience (essential)
- Experience processing complex, high-volume payrolls
- Knowledge of superannuation, payroll tax, workers compensation and FBT
- Confidence interpreting awards, Enterprise Agreements and HR policies
- Strong reconciliation, reporting and Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent attention to detail and stakeholder communication

THE ROLE | Working within an established payroll team, you will support the accurate and timely delivery of fortnightly and monthly payroll for approximately 1,500 employees. Responsibilities include:
- Processing new starters, terminations and final payments
- Completing timesheet,



leave and payroll-system reconciliations
- Supporting month-end, financial year-end and FBT reporting
- Resolving complex payroll enquiries and discrepancies
- Ensuring legislative, policy and governance compliance
- Identifying opportunities to improve payroll systems and processes
