What You’ll Do
As part of our crew, you’ll be hands-on in delivering high-quality asphalt surfacing works across a variety of projects. Your shift may include:
- Operating asphalt equipment such as pavers, screeds, rollers and skid steers
- Working collaboratively with the crew to achieve safe and efficient outcomes
- Helping deliver projects that keep WA’s roads and communities moving
- Upholding our robust Zero Harm safety culture
- Contributing to a supportive team environment where every role counts
About You You’ll thrive in this role if you have:
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role within the asphalt industry (highly desirable)
- A Current HR Licence (desirable)/ General Construction Induction Card (essential)
- Competency operating asphalt equipment including pavers, screeds, rollers and skid steers
- A positive attitude and strong team focus
- Flexibility to work both day and night shifts
