As a casual or permanent employee, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality road construction and maintenance projects across the region. Your work will involve operating specialised machinery and trucks, supporting the effective delivery of our projects.

What You'll Be Doing

- Operating a range of construction equipment and machinery, such as pavers, rollers, and trucks, to lay and compact asphalt and seal.
- Working as part of a team to complete assigned tasks and meet project deadlines.
- Adhering to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
- Providing excellent customer service to clients and stakeholders.
- Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills.

What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Asphalt Crew Member, or Seal Crew Member in the construction industry.




- Competent in the operation of a range of construction equipment and machinery.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
- Valid driver's licence and relevant construction industry tickets/certifications.
