We strive to be the best in all we do (products, service, brand, company culture), and seeking an assistant accountant to support our Financial Controller;

- Reconciling daily, monthly, and yearly transactions
- Accounts Payable; keeping a record of invoices and ensuring timely payment.
- Accounts Receivable; following up on overdue invoices.
- Key point of contact for other departments on financial and accounting matters, in particular the Sales and Customer Service Teams
- Purchasing and Warehouse Support
- Procurement of office supplies
- Providing basic IT support and addressing inquiries
- Establishing new accounts and assisting with customer relationship management (CRM)

Qualifications & experience

- Relevant degree qualification e.g., Accounting, Commerce
- Desire to undertake CPA/CA.
- Experience using an ERP system.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and highly accurate.
