Join Audemars Piguet’s Flagship Australian Team.

Audemars Piguet, is an independent, family-owned luxury watch manufacturer that has been crafting timepieces in Le Brassus, Switzerland since 1875. As the Maison prepares to open their very first official flagship boutique in Australia, we are seeking a passionate, high-caliber Assistant Boutique Manager to serve as second-in-command and co-build the founding boutique culture.

This opportunity will position you as a pioneer for the brand in Australia, working side-by-side with the Boutique Director to drive operational perfection, mentor an exceptional team, and cultivate enduring relationships with High-Net-Worth (HNW) and VIC (Very Significant) clients and brand enthusiasts.

The Opportunity & Lead Time To ensure a flawless launch and total immersion in global SOPs, the successful candidate will join on 1 November for an intensive, international-standard leadership orientation program ahead of the flagship boutique opening later in the year.

- Training Schedule: Standard Monday – Friday business hours.
- Boutique Schedule: Rotating roster aligned with boutique operating hours, with leadership presence across trading schedules.

Key Responsibilities

- Boutique Leadership & Deputisation: Partner with the Boutique Director in daily floor operations, scheduling, and resource coordination, seamlessly acting as second-in-command.
- Team Coaching & Development: Mentor and coach Client Advisors on selling techniques, product mastery, and clienteling, fostering a high-performance, low-turnover culture.
- On-Floor Service Excellence: Maintain a strong, hands-on floor presence, ensuring impeccable service delivery, brand storytelling, and high-touch hospitality.
- HNW Client Strategy: Manage a small, high-value personal client portfolio while overseeing database quality (CRM) and portfolio progression across the boutique.
- Operational & Compliance Governance: Maintain strict standards across inventory management, stock counts, visual merchandising, and policy compliance.
