We are seeking a passionate and experienced Assistant Boutique Manager (Full-Time) to become part of the founding team at our brand-new Pacific Fair Boutique , opening on the Gold Coast in December 2026 .

- Partner with the Boutique Manager to cultivate a culture of excellence.
- Deliver refined, personalised client experiences that embody the Paspaley standard.
- Build enduring relationships through exceptional clienteling and hospitality.
- Curate elevated styling appointments and bespoke client experiences.
- Inspire and develop a high-performing team through coaching and mentorship.

- Uphold impeccable boutique presentation, operational excellence, and brand integrity.
