The Chance

We are pleased to announce the opportunity for an Assistant Store Manager to join the leadership team in our Castle Plaza location. We’re looking for a passionate and driven individual who strives for excellent customer experience and store success.

This role is offered on a full-time, permanent basis.

Your Role

As a leader you will:

-Take ownership of the store’s success

-Recruit, develop, and inspire a strong and motivated team





-Deliver an exceptional customer experience that builds loyalty and trust

-Drive sales performance and exceed targets

-Oversee all operational and administrative functions

-Ensure high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation

-Lead by example and foster a positive, high-energy team culture
