Based in Ivanhoe, this is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to start or accelerate their career in Property Management within an experienced, supportive and genuinely career-focused environment.

You may be completely new to the industry with your real estate qualification, or already have some experience across reception, leasing, administration or Assistant Property Management.

The Opportunity This role is designed to give you exposure to the fundamentals of residential Property Management while learning from an experienced team around you.

You'll work closely with Property Managers across their portfolios, gradually building your technical knowledge, client relationship skills and confidence across the full Property Management process.

As your experience and capability develop, there is genuine opportunity to take on greater responsibility and ultimately progress into managing a portfolio of your own.

Depending on your existing experience, your responsibilities may include:

- Supporting Property Managers with the day-to-day management of their portfolios
- Communicating with rental providers and renters
- Assisting with maintenance coordination
- Conducting routine, entry and final inspections
- Assisting with leasing and open-for-inspections
- Processing applications and tenancy documentation
- Supporting rent reviews and lease renewals
- Learning Victorian residential tenancy legislation and compliance
- Assisting with general Property Management administration
- Building the skills required to progress into a Property Manager position

You might be

- Entry-level and looking for your first opportunity in real estate
- Working in real estate reception or administration and ready to progress




- A Leasing Consultant wanting broader Property Management exposure
- An existing Assistant Property Manager looking for better training and wanting to accelerate your career development into a fully-fledged Property Manager

More importantly, you'll bring:

- A positive, professional and proactive attitude
- Strong communication and people skills
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail

- Victorian Agent's Representative / Certificate IV qualification
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
