Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate production schedules, logistics, and shipping to ensure on-time delivery
- Interpret architectural drawings and technical documents
- Process orders and maintain accurate records in our CRM system
- Assist in project planning and communication between sales, production, and installation teams
- Provide tailored product recommendations to meet client and project needs
- Support continuous improvement in project workflow and customer satisfaction

About You:

- Degree or background in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or a related field




- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proactive, positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
- Familiarity with building materials, windows & doors, or construction projects is an advantage
