Assistant Property Manager The Opportunity

What You'll Be Doing Working closely with the Property Management team, you'll assist with:

- Supporting the day-to-day management of a diverse commercial property portfolio
- Assisting with inspections, tenant communications and meetings
- Supporting lease administration, renewals, options, rent reviews and expiries
- Assisting with budgets, forecasts, reporting and outgoings
- Coordinating maintenance, contractors and essential services
- Monitoring contractor compliance, licences, insurances and documentation
- Assisting with risk, compliance and property-related requirements
- Supporting rental, arrears and financial management processes
- Maintaining accurate property, tenancy and financial records
- Contributing to sustainability, customer experience and community initiatives
- Working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure assets are well maintained and performing effectively

About You You’ll be someone who is proactive, organised and genuinely passionate about building a career in commercial property management. You’ll enjoy working in a fast-paced environment,



building relationships and taking ownership of your responsibilities.

You’ll ideally have:

- Current South Australian Property Manager Registration
- Commercial property management or property administration experience
- Robust communication, organisational and reporting skills
- Sound understanding of commercial leasing and property processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
