An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Assistant Property Manager or Property Administrator to join a globally recognised property organisation with an outstanding portfolio of premium commercial assets.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build their career within a sophisticated, institutional property environment and gain exposure to some of Perth's most prominent commercial office assets.

Working alongside an experienced Precinct Manager and broader property and facilities management team, you will play an important role in the day-to-day management and administration of a high-quality office portfolio.

The Opportunity This is a varied Assistant Property Manager position where you'll gain exposure across both the operational and financial aspects of commercial property management.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Supporting the Precinct Manager and wider property management team with the day-to-day operation of the portfolio
- Managing tenant enquiries and stakeholder relationships
- Assisting with rent reviews, invoicing, arrears and tenant accounts
- Maintaining tenant insurance and bank guarantee registers
- Assisting with budgets, reconciliations and monthly reporting
- Processing invoices, work orders and tenant charges
- Preparing correspondence,



reports and property documentation
- Supporting Facilities Managers with work order coordination and building operations
- Assisting with tenant engagement, community programs and events.

About You We're looking for a sophisticated, organised and commercially minded property skilled who is ready to take the next step in their career.

Ideally, you will have:

- 2+ years' experience in commercial or retail property management
- Strong understanding of commercial property processes and administration
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong attention to detail and a highly organised approach
- Experience with property management systems such as MRI, Coupa, Sugar or similar
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the ability to work collaboratively within a high-performing team.

A strong residential Property Manager looking to make the transition into commercial property will also be considered where they can demonstrate strong transferable skills.
