What we are looking for

- Proven leadership experience within a stewarding, hospitality, food & beverage, cleaning, or hotel environment
- Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, chemicals, equipment, and food safety standards
- Excellent communication, teamwork and organisational skills with a strong guest service focus
- Experience with workforce planning, and computer systems, including Microsoft Office
- Adaptable availability, including weekends and public holidays
