Reporting directly to the Reservations Manager, you will play an important role in overseeing the reservations function across the group's Sydney venues, ensuring guests receive a seamless experience from the moment they make a booking.

About the Role

This is a hands-on reservations leadership position suited to someone who understands the importance of detail, communication and exceptional guest service.

Working closely with the Reservations Manager, your responsibilities will include:

- Supporting the day-to-day management of the reservations function
- Assisting with the management of bookings across multiple venues
- Ensuring reservations are accurately recorded, communicated and fulfilled
- Working closely with the Sales team on group, corporate and special event bookings
- Managing guest enquiries via phone, email and booking platforms




- Supporting venue teams with reservation information and guest requirements
- Monitoring booking patterns, availability and special requests
- Assisting with VIP, repeat guest and high-profile reservations
- Helping maintain strong relationships between Reservations, Sales and Operations
- Supporting the Reservations Manager with reporting, administration and team coordination
- Identifying opportunities to improve the guest booking experience and reservations processes
