About the Role

As Assistant Store Manager, you'll be the Store Manager's right hand, supporting the team, driving sales and helping create a welcoming, inspiring space for every customer who walks through the door. When the Store Manager is away, the store is in your hands.

What You'll Be Doing

- Supporting the Store Manager to lead, coach and develop the team
- Creating an exceptional in-store experience that keeps customers coming back
- Driving sales and helping the team achieve their KPIs
- Bringing the brand to life through visual merchandising and styling
- Assisting with stock, rosters and day-to-day store operations
- Confidently stepping up to run the store in the Store Manager's absence

About You





- You lead by example and love seeing your team succeed
- You're passionate about customer experience and creating genuine connections
- You have a strong eye for fashion, styling and current trends
- You're results-driven and love working towards (and exceeding) targets
- You bring positive energy and truly embody the Tree of Life spirit

What You'll Bring

- 1+ years' experience in a retail supervisory or 2IC role (fashion highly regarded)
- A genuine interest in developing your leadership skills
- Confidence in visual merchandising and store presentation
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Availability across a 7-day roster, including weekends and peak trade periods
