The Company A boutique strata management firm, our client prides themselves on their bespoke and high-end service to schemes that they manage. They have a prime Sydney CBD office location, outstanding systems & tech in place and have experienced support staff in place to lighten the workload of all of their Strata Management team!
The Role
Working alongside a Senior Strata Manager, who also has Business Management obligations, you will play an essential part in managing this small portfolio of high-end residential buildings and be the first point of call for all enquiries.
- Take and respond to correspondence from all stakeholders
- Prepare and issue meeting notices, agendas, and minutes
- Conduct regular checks and liaise with the Compliance Manager to ensure all schemes are compliant with current Laws & Regulations
- Sourcing and approving quotes
- By-law registrations and enforcements, Actioning minute
- Managing insurances and renewals
- Allocating and monitoring work to the Admin team
The Applicant
- 12+ months experience in Strata with a desire to grow
- Be confident in your communication (verbal & written)
- Hold a current Strata Certificate OR obtaining / renewing
