The opportunity

We are seeking a talented and ambitious lawyer (between 3-5yrs PQE)



with experience in the insolvency and restructuring space. This role will suit someone who enjoys intellectually challenging work, wants hands-on involvement in sophisticated restructure and liquidations and is looking to accelerate their development in a high-performing specialist boutique practice.

You will work closely with our partners and senior lawyers on a broad range of insolvency and restructuring matters, including acting for liquidators, administrators, trustees, creditors, directors and other stakeholders in complex and often high-profile engagements. You will gain exposure to all stages of matters, from strategic advice and investigations through to litigation, recoveries and enforcement.

From day one, you will be given meaningful responsibility, direct client exposure and the opportunity to play an important role within the teams. Our Associates are encouraged to think commercially, contribute strategically and take ownership of their work while receiving support and mentoring from some of the leading practitioners in the field.

We anticipate successful candidates will have trained and practised within a recognised mid-tier, top-tier or specialist insolvency, restructuring or disputes practice and have developed a robust technical foundation and have strategic and analytical skills through exposure to complex matter.
