As we grow our Melbourne team, we're looking for an Associate to work alongside our Managing Director. This is a hands-on junior role for someone who wants to build a genuine career in property.

Due to significant business growth, the Managing Director is seeking an Associate to join her team. This is a fast-paced, highly involved role, learning from a market-leader. You'll be out in the market inspecting properties, on the phone with agents and clients, and in the engine room of every purchase we make, from first conversation through to settlement. If you're organised, hungry to learn and love property, this is the role that teaches you the buyers agency craft from the ground up.

What you'll be doing

- Sourcing properties that match our clients' briefs, including off-market opportunities
- Prospecting and qualifying buyer leads
- Attending property inspections and auctions across Melbourne
- Building and maintaining relationships with local real estate agents
- Preparing proposal presentations and supporting comparative market analysis
- Liaising with clients, agents, and external stakeholders such as conveyancers and building inspectors
- Managing diaries, organising appointments, and keeping our CRM accurate and up to date
- Supporting the team with follow-up communications so every client gets an outstanding experience





What we're looking for
- Experience in real estate, sales, leasing of buyers agency
- A current Victorian Agent's Representative certificate or higher
- A current driver's licence and access to reliable transport
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a fantastic phone manner and the ability to build rapport quickly
- Strong organisation and time management, with sharp attention to detail
- Confidence with CRM systems and standard office software, and the ability to pick up new tools quickly
- A genuine interest in the Melbourne property market and an appetite to learn it deeply
- Immaculate personal presentation and a professional, ethical approach to client service
- Drive, energy, and a can-do attitude — you take ownership and follow through
- Availability to attend inspections and auctions, including some Saturdays
