Role DescriptionWe are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented professional to support audit, risk analysis, and portfolio management activities. The role combines financial oversight, risk assessment, investment analysis, and internal control responsibilities to support sound decision-making, effective governance, and overall financial performance.

Key responsibilities include reviewing financial and operational processes, assessing internal controls, identifying potential risks, and monitoring compliance with relevant policies and requirements. The role will also involve analyzing financial and market data, evaluating investment opportunities, monitoring portfolio performance and risk exposure, and supporting asset allocation and investment decisions in line with defined objectives and risk parameters.

The successful candidate will conduct risk assessments, review portfolio performance, analyze risk-return profiles, prepare audit and investment reports, investigate discrepancies, and identify opportunities to strengthen controls and improve processes. The role requires close collaboration with finance, investment, compliance, and business teams to ensure effective risk management, portfolio oversight, and governance.

Qualifications





- Solid understanding of auditing, risk management, investment management, and financial analysis.
- Knowledge of internal controls, governance, compliance, and risk assessment frameworks.
- Understanding of portfolio management, asset allocation, diversification, and investment performance.
- Ability to analyze financial statements, market data, portfolio exposures, and risk indicators.
- Solid analytical, quantitative, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to identify financial, operational, investment, and control risks.
- Familiarity with audit procedures, risk reporting, portfolio monitoring, and performance analysis.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools.
- Knowledge of SQL, Python, financial modelling, or BI tools is an advantage.
- Strong communication, reporting, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, objectivity, and professional judgment.
- Proactive and structured approach with strong attention to detail and a focus on governance, risk control, and continuous improvement.
