Boeing Defence Australia (BDA) is seeking an Aviation Operations Supervisor to join the AH-64 Apache sustainment and support team. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of daily flying operations, ensuring mission integrity through rigorous command, control, and communications oversight. You will lead a team of specialists to ensure that mission planning, data integrity, and communications security are maintained to the highest military and operational standards in a high-tempo environment.

What You'll Get To Do
- Operational Leadership: Oversee and manage the conduct and execution of daily Apache flying operations, ensuring all missions are conducted safely and efficiently
- Command & Control: Manage Command, Control, and Communications (C3) protocols for the entire fleet to maintain seamless operational awareness
- Mission Systems Management: Supervise mission planning system capabilities, including the secure handling of data uploads, downloads, and storage
- Data Integrity:
Oversee the accurate input of flying hour allocations and complex flying plans into the Patriot Excalibur (PEX) database
- Watch Keeping: Perform and supervise Watch Keeper duties for flying operations as required by the roster
- Compliance & Security: Act as the primary lead for Communications Security (COMSEC) account management, ensuring strict adherence to security protocols
- Team Supervision: Direct and mentor Aviation Operations/Groundcrew Mission Support Specialists to ensure mission readiness and technical proficiency
Who We're Looking For
- Defence GCMS or Aviation Operations Specialist (AOS) training
- Minimum 5 years Aviation experience in operational support of aircraft
- Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a high tempo environment
- Meet Defence security and ITAR requirements
