Azure DevOps Support Engineer

- Design and implement a new observability dashboard for the Liquorland platform




- Define and uplift the monitoring approach for APIM, including health, performance, and availability views
- Build and maintain log analytics capability to support operational insight and troubleshooting
- Support platform migration activities from an observability and reliability perspective
- Work with monitoring tooling including Splunk and AppDynamics
- Define and implement SLOs and associated alerting frameworks
- Collaborate with architects and engineering teams to embed reliability practices across the squad
- Strong SRE background with proven experience establishing observability capability in enterprise environments
- Hands-on experience with Azure and Azure DevOps
- Exposure to cloud migration programmes

Positive to Have

- Kubernetes (K8s) experience
