About the Role:

Boronia Bakehouse is a well-established, family-friendly venue, known for traditional fresh baked goods. We are looking for askilled and passionate Baker to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional looking to further their career.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, mix, and bake a variety of bakery products, mostly doughnuts and pastries, adhering to established recipes and production standards.

Operate and maintain commercial baking equipment, including ovens, dough sheeters, fryer and mixers.

Manage the fermentation and proofing process to ensure product consistency and quality.

Assist with inventory management, including ordering supplies and managing stock rotation.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment, strictly adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations.

Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment to meet production deadlines and customer demand.

Work Location: In person

Pay: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour
