Bakers Delight Green Hills has opportunities for friendly and enthusiastic Sales Assistants with availability between 8am & 4pm from Monday-Friday, to join our team in a casual capacity.

Bakers Delight is Australia’s leading bakery franchise, with a vast network of bakeries in many communities across the country. We value our staff and customers and work hard to provide a delightful experience to everyone we meet.

As a Sales Assistant, responsibilities include:

- Customer service
- Cash handling
- General cleaning duties
- Making each customer’s experience delightful
- Being a great communicator
- Managing a sometimes very busy setting.

Ideally, you will have some experience in:

- Working in a retail or food environment (preferable, but not required)
- Being confident and comfortable providing delightful customer service




- Being a team player
- Have availability for shifts during the hours 8am-4pm Monday to Friday.

No bakery experience is required, as training will be provided. Your customer service focus and ability to consistently show initiative in an efficient manner will help you succeed in this role and excellent communication skills are a must!

You will be a reliable and self-motivated team player with a ‘can do’ attitude.
