Your Day to Day – Inspire Incredible

We are looking for an energetic and passionate Bar Back to join our team and support our bartenders in delivering an exceptional Aster experience. As our Bar Back, you will:

- Support the bartenders throughout service.
- Keep the bar stocked, clean and organised.
- Assist with glassware, ice, garnishes and bar preparation.
- Assist with deliveries, stock rotation and storage.
- Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Work closely with the bar and floor teams to ensure smooth and seamless service.

What We Need From You





- A genuine passion for hospitality and eagerness to learn.
- Previous hospitality, bar or restaurant experience is preferred.
- A positive, energetic and team-focused approach.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced workplace.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation.
- Immaculate presentation and grooming.
- NSW RSA certificate essential.
- Full Australian working rights.
