We are a busy modern pub venue looking for a hands-on Bar Supervisor to keep things running smoothly across our Weekdays and Weekends. You'll be the go-to person in the Bar — supervising staff, handling issues as they arise, and making sure patrons enjoy their experience at our Venue.

What you'll be doing

- Overseeing nightly operations across bar and some floor
- Leading and supporting bar & floor staff during service
- Ensuring compliance with RSA, liquor licensing, and OH&S; requirements
- Handling cash, reconciliations, and end-of-night reporting
- Maintaining venue presentation, cleanliness, and stock levels

What we're looking for

- Previous experience in a supervisory role within hospitality pub or late-night venues
- Current RSA certification (Victorian)
- Solid leadership and people-management skills
- Calm under pressure and quick to solve problems
- Solid understanding of liquor licensing and venue compliance
- Availability — Days, nights, weekends, and public holidays
