About the role

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Beauty Therapist to join our team at Club Mulwala. This is a casual position based in Mulwala, NSW 2647. As a Beauty Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality beauty treatments and exceptional customer service to our valued clients. This role offers flexibility and the opportunity to work in a dynamic, welcoming environment whilst building strong relationships with our clientele.

What you'll be doing

- Providing a range of beauty treatments including facials, waxing, massage therapy and other spa services within the scope of your qualification.
- Consulting with clients to understand their needs and recommending appropriate treatments and products
- Maintaining a clean, hygienic and professional treatment environment at all times
- Ensuring all beauty equipment and tools are properly sanitised and maintained in accordance with industry standards
- Recording client details, preferences and treatment outcomes accurately
- Promoting additional services and retail products to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty
- Managing appointment bookings and liaising with reception staff to ensure smooth operations
- Staying current with the latest beauty trends, techniques and industry best practices
- Providing exceptional customer service and building positive relationships with clients

What we're looking for

- A recognised qualification in Beauty Therapy or equivalent accreditation
- Proven experience working as a Beauty Therapist in a professional salon or spa environment
- Strong knowledge of beauty treatments,



skincare products and contraindications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a genuine passion for client care
- Ability to work efficiently, meet deadlines and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Professional appearance and a positive, friendly demeanour
- Flexibility to work varying hours, including weekends and public holidays as required in a casual role
