We are seeking a passionate Behaviour Support Practitioner (BSP) on a Casual/Contractor basis for IZA Allied Support Care.
Key responsibilities include
Conducting functional behaviour assessments.
Developing, implementing and reviewing Behaviour Support Plans.
Providing proactive, person-centred and least-restrictive strategies.
Collaborating with participants, families, support workers and professionals.
Providing guidance and training to support teams.
Maintaining quality documentation and compliance with NDIS requirements.
About You: Relevant qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, Behavioural Science, Counselling or a related field, with robust communication and report-writing skills. Experience in Positive Behaviour Support and disability services is required.
