Role DescriptionWe are looking for an analytical and detail-oriented BI Analyst to transform business data into meaningful insights that support informed decision-making and business performance. The role involves collecting, analyzing, interpreting, and presenting data from multiple sources while working closely with business and technical stakeholders to understand reporting and analytical needs.

Key responsibilities include gathering and analyzing business requirements, developing reports and dashboards, preparing and validating datasets, and identifying trends, patterns, and opportunities through data analysis. The BI Analyst will work with stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs), ensure data accuracy and consistency, and translate complex data into clear and actionable insights.

The role also involves maintaining and enhancing business intelligence solutions, monitoring data quality, supporting reporting processes, and contributing to the improvement of data models and analytical workflows. The successful candidate will collaborate with business users, data engineers, developers, and other stakeholders to deliver effective reporting solutions and continuously improve data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications

- Solid understanding of business intelligence, data analysis, reporting,



and data visualization concepts.
- Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into clear reporting and analytical solutions.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying, transformation, validation, and analysis.
- Familiarity with BI and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik is preferred.
- Understanding of data modelling, data warehousing, ETL/ELT processes, and data integration concepts.
- Ability to analyze large and complex datasets and identify meaningful trends, patterns, and business insights.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy, consistency, and quality.
- Familiarity with KPI development, dashboard design, and performance reporting.
- Basic understanding of databases, data structures, and relational database concepts.
- Knowledge of Python, R, or other analytical tools is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proactive, collaborative, and business-oriented mindset with a strong focus on continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making.
