We’re looking for a Bookkeeper to join the finance team and provide hands-on support across the day-to-day bookkeeping function.

The Role

- Data entry and day-to-day bookkeeping
- Accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Bank reconciliations
- General bookkeeping and finance administration
- Supporting the wider bookkeeping team
- Assisting with fortnightly payroll for approximately 25 staff
- Processing payroll through Employment Hero
- Working with MYOB AccountRight

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands-on, busy and involved, rather than sitting within a highly siloed finance function.

What They're Looking For

- Previous bookkeeping experience across AP, AR, reconciliations and data entry
- Experience with MYOB – AccountRight experience is advantageous, but broader MYOB experience will absolutely be considered
- Payroll experience
- Employment Hero experience would be a bonus
- Solid attention to detail and accuracy
- A proactive, reliable and team-focused approach
- The ability to comfortably manage a busy workload
