Our energetic team in the natural health industry is growing, and we're looking for a dependable, proactive all-rounder to take the reins of our accounts, inventory and office administration. This is a hands-on, wide-ranging role with real ownership - perfect for someone who enjoys keeping a business running smoothly behind the scenes.

What You'll Do:

Maintain company accounts, including accounts receivable and payable

- Manage invoicing, data entry and order processing
- Complete bank reconciliations and BAS
- Oversee inventory management and stock purchases
- Generate reports and assist with budgets and forecasting
- Look for ways to improve business operations and support business development
- Pitch in with general office admin - mail, dispatch, Team support

About You:



Experienced in bookkeeping and account management, with a relevant accounting and/or bookkeeping qualification

- Confident with BAS, reconciliations, forecasting, invoicing and inventory
- Comfortable using MYOB & Excel
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and time management
- A clear communicator who works well in a small, team-oriented team
- Calm under pressure with a positive, can-do approach to change

Pay: $80,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
