About the role

As a Branch Assistant/Delivery Driver, you're more than just part of the team; you're the face of our service. We're all about building genuine relationships and finding solutions for our customers – you'll play a key role in making it happen.

Key responsibilities

- Be one of the main faces our customers see, providing great service and friendly interactions

- Help process orders, deliveries and pick-ups

- Prepare quotes

- Support the team with stocking shelves and managing inventory

- Assist with order management and quoting to ensure everything is ready to go when it's delivery time

- Deliver goods to site in a timely and qualified manner

About you

- Valid SA drivers' licence
- A passion for customer service

- Basic computer skills to handle quotes and sales processing
- A team player attitude - humble, hardworking, always ready to pitch in

- Willingness to learn something new everyday

- Willing to work rotating weekend roster (half day)
