Transport is looking for a dynamic Branch Manager to take the reins of our Emerald operations and drive excellence across every aspect of the branch.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Lead and manage branch operations with a focus on safety, compliance, and service excellence
- Inspire and guide your team, fostering a culture of accountability and professionalism
- Drive performance through clear KPIs and continuous improvement
- Build trusted relationships with customers, resolving issues with confidence and care
- Manage budgets and P&L;, identifying opportunities for efficiency and growth
- Champion safety and compliance across all aspects of the operation
- Expand our local market presence through strategic thinking and community engagement

Qualifications

What You’ll Bring

- Proven leadership experience in transport, logistics,



or depot/branch management
- Solid knowledge of transport regulations, safety standards, and operational compliance
- A hands-on, people-first approach to leadership
- Financial acumen with experience managing budgets and P&L;
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Forklift Licence – mandatory
- HR Licence or willingness to obtain (we’ll support you with training)
- Tech-savvy with MS Office and logistics systems experience
