About the role

Settlement Box is seeking a Branch Manager – Licensed Conveyancer or Property Lawyer to lead and manage our Bunbury office. This is a full-time position based in Bunbury, WA 6230. As Branch Manager, you will oversee and manage a diverse portfolio of conveyancing matters.

Key responsibilities

- Lead and manage the Bunbury branch office, overseeing day-to-day conveyancing
- Supervise and mentor staff and support personnel, providing guidance on technical and professional matters
- Handle complex conveyancing transactions for residential, commercial, rural and industrial properties
- Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory and professional standards applicable to conveyancing practice
- Review and quality-assure conveyancing files and legal documentation prepared by team members
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with real estate agents, lenders, and other key stakeholders
- Report to senior management on branch performance, challenges and opportunities

What we're looking for

- Current Licensed Conveyancer or Property Lawyer registration in Western Australia
- Minimum 5–7 years' experience in conveyancing and property law practice
- Strong knowledge of residential, commercial, rural and industrial conveyancing transactions




- Excellent understanding of land titles legislation and conveyancing procedures in Western Australia
- Strong business development and client relationship management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- High level of attention to detail and commitment to professional standards
- Experience with Realtime Conveyancer, Pexa, Easy AML and Conveyancing conceirge (preferred)
- Knowledge of risk management and compliance
