About the role A rare opportunity to join our brew team.
This is not an entry-level role. You will already have hands-on production brewing experience and be comfortable on the floor from the start.
Our brewers are developed, not just employed. We will train you in our brewing techniques and our standards across every part of the process: brewhouse, fermentation, maturation, filtration, QA, cellar. And you will have the opportunity to keep working across all of it - the team runs a rotational shift structure so nobody gets parked in one area and goes stale.
It keeps skills sharp, it keeps the team flexible, and it means every brewer here understands the whole beer, not just their slice of it.
One more thing, and it is not negotiable. We have good humans on this team and we intend to keep it that way. That means you turn up for the people beside you, you own your mistakes, you take the job seriously without taking yourself too seriously, and you leave the ego at the door. We can teach great brewing. We cannot teach this.
