Cleared is exclusively partnering with Broadcom through our Professional Services division to source an experienced Broadcom SiteMinder Consultant for this engagement. Working within a complex and security-focused environment, you will provide specialist expertise across identity and access management, supporting critical SiteMinder enhancement, configuration and upgrade activities. This opportunity offers the chance to work closely with key stakeholders, delivering technical leadership and hands-on support across a range of access management initiatives while contributing to the ongoing improvement of enterprise security capabilities.

An exciting opportunity exists for a Broadcom SiteMinder Consultant to support the delivery of key identity and access management initiatives. You will provide expert guidance on SiteMinder configuration, architecture and implementation while working closely with stakeholders to improve access control capabilities and deliver platform upgrades.

The successful candidate will bring strong experience with SiteMinder, OpenID Connect, OAuth 2.0 and multi-factor authentication technologies, alongside a proven ability to provide both strategic advice and hands-on technical support.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Provide expert advice on the configuration and administration of Broadcom SiteMinder.
- Deliver best-practice guidance and hands-on assistance for the implementation of OpenID Connect and OAuth 2.0 within SiteMinder.




- Review existing access control architecture and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Support the implementation and validation of approved access management enhancements.
- Lead and support the upgrade of SiteMinder from version 12.8 SP7 to version 12.9.
- Conduct upgrade planning, configuration reviews, testing activities and issue resolution.
- Provide technical guidance and hands-on support for multi-factor authentication (MFA) initiatives and trials.
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure solutions align with business and security requirements.
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of identity and access management capabilities.
- Provide technical documentation and knowledge transfer where required.
- Desirably, support and assist with CA Directory upgrade activities.

Education/Certifications required

- Relevant qualifications in Information Technology, Cyber Security, Computer Science or a related discipline.
- Industry certifications relevant to Identity and Access Management are desirable.

Knowledge/Skills required

- Demonstrated experience administering and configuring Broadcom SiteMinder.




- Strong knowledge of OpenID Connect and OAuth 2.0 implementation within SiteMinder environments.
- Experience reviewing and improving access control architectures.
- Proven capability delivering SiteMinder upgrades, including planning, testing and support activities.
- Experience implementing and supporting multi-factor authentication solutions.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills within complex enterprise environments.
- Ability to provide both strategic guidance and hands-on technical delivery.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Experience with CA Directory upgrades is highly regarded.
