Talent Connect are pleased to be partnering with an established and growing Building Management company with properties across NSW. They are looking for a client centric and highly organised building manager to support across two residential buildings with approx 300 lots based in Forest Lodge.

Responsibilities include:

- Effective management of all contractors on site including performance and ensuring work is carried out to a high standard

- Conduct regular inspections of common areas, facilities, and equipment to ensure they are clean, functional, and well-maintained.

- Provide prompt and decisive response to the owner’s and occupants to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all occupants and visitors to the building.

- Creating and presenting monthly reports





- Maintaining up to date documentation and compliance in line with company policy

- Attending scheduled committee meetings and annual general meetings as requested

Ideal candidates will possess:

- Professional presentation with excellent written and verbal communications skills

- Knowledge of Microsoft (Word, Outlook, Excel)

- Proactive and able to work autonomously or within a team

- Must have excellent customer service skills
- A positive attitude with flexibility to perform varied duties

- Strong interpersonal skills

- Must have 3+ years experience as a building manager in the residential space
