About the role

Our client is expanding their WA team and looking for inspectors to cover Manly/Northern Beaches. As a Building & Pest Inspector, you’ll focus primarily on pre-purchase inspections—identifying defects, assessing compliance, and delivering detailed reports that safeguard property transactions

Duties

- Identify structural defects, compliance issues & safety risks

- Carry out pre-purchase inspections

- Produce transparent, actionable inspection reports

- Inspect subfloors, roof cavities & external roofing areas

- Provide professional advice to clients

Skills & Experience





- Demonstrated experience in building and/or pest inspections

- NSW Builder’s Licence

- Timber Pest certification (CPPUPM3008 & CPPUPM3010) — or part way through the course

- Strong attention to detail & high-quality reporting skills

- Police clearance, valid driver’s licence & reliable vehicle
