Supported by an established on-site team, including hotel operations and internal support staff, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of the building, ensuring facilities, contractors, compliance, and resident services are maintained to the highest standard.

The Role

- Manage the daily operations of a high-rise residential building
- Coordinate contractors, maintenance programs, and compliance requirements
- Maintain exceptional presentation and functionality of common areas and facilities




- Build strong relationships with residents, stakeholders, and service providers
- Ensure a high standard of customer service across the community

About You

- Previous experience as a Building Manager, Facilities Manager, Caretaker, or similar
- Strong knowledge of building operations and contractor management
- Professional communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Hands-on, proactive, and solutions-focused approach
- Well organised with the ability to work autonomously and prioritise effectively
