Role DescriptionWe are seeking a strategic, analytical, and results-oriented Business Analysis Manager to lead business analysis initiatives and translate complex business needs into actionable insights and solutions. The role involves defining analytical frameworks, evaluating business performance, identifying opportunities and risks, developing recommendations, and supporting strategic decision-making across functions. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business objectives, establish KPIs, analyze processes and data, and deliver clear reports and presentations for senior decision-makers.

The ideal candidate combines robust business judgment with analytical rigor and can lead structured problem-solving, improve processes, and ensure analysis contributes to measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- Strong understanding of business analysis, strategic planning, process improvement,



and performance management.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, critical-thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements and data into clear insights, recommendations, and actionable plans.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or other analytical tools is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of KPI development, business performance measurement, financial analysis, and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
- Strong leadership and project management capabilities, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional initiatives and priorities.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, commercially aware, and comfortable working with ambiguity.
- Strong ownership, sound judgment, strategic thinking, and a continuous-improvement mindset.
