We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst for an immediate-start, short-term project focused on a Grants Access initiative. This role is ideal for a BA who excels at stakeholder engagement, requirements gathering, and translating business needs into clear documentation for technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Engage with business stakeholders to understand and document requirements.
- Build strong relationships across business units and facilitate requirement workshops.
- Analyse business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Capture, document, and validate functional and business requirements.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and delivered.
- Support the design and improvement of grant-related workflows and user forms.

Essential Skills & Experience

- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, particularly in requirements elicitation and documentation.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.




- Ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements for technical teams.
- Experience facilitating workshops, interviews, and business discussions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Highly Desirable

- Experience within Grant Management programs or systems.
- Experience in forms design, workflow design, or application/access processes.
- Previous experience working on digital transformation, citizen services, or public sector initiatives.
