Responsibilities

- System configuration – working with web snippets and feature setup
- Coordinating rollouts of functionality and processes across teams
- Collaborating with Tech, Sales, and Support teams to resolve issues
- UAT & PVT Testing – ensuring quality control and smooth functionality
- Data analysis and reporting to drive smarter decisions
- Gathering requirements, writing user stories, and creating documentation




- Reporting to internal teams and external partners for alignment

Requirements:
- 1+ year of industry experience (minimum) - essential
- Must have PR minimum (Permanent Residency)
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong logical thinking and curiosity about technology
- Proactive and analytical mindset
- Bonus if you have experience in Payments, Financial Services, SaaS or Product
