We’re looking for 2 experienced Senior Business Analysts to join a large-scale transformation program with an NSW Government client based in Sydney.

? Rate: Up to $745 per day + GST

? Contract: ASAP to 30 June 2027

? Location: Primarily Ultimo, Sydney

? Hybrid: Around 3 days per week onsite

There are two Senior BA opportunities , each with a slightly different focus:

- Business Enablement / Change BA
- Reporting / Data BA

These roles will support a major enterprise program centred around a student management / ERP environment , with PeopleSoft Campus Solutions experience highly regarded . Business Enablement / Change BA

This role will focus on business readiness, stakeholder engagement and supporting change and capability activities across the program.

What you’ll be doing:

- Gather, analyse and document business requirements
- Work closely with business stakeholders, teaching and non-teaching teams

• Support business enablement, change and capability activities

- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions

• Assist with development of user guides, process documentation and supporting materials

- Understand business impacts arising from system and process changes
- Translate complex system changes into practical business requirements
- Support large-scale implementation and transformation activities

Reporting / Data BA

This role will focus more heavily on reporting, data requirements, and dashboards.

What you’ll be doing:

• Gather and document reporting and dashboard requirements

- Work with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs
- Translate reporting requirements for technical and development teams




- Work with data extracted from enterprise/student management systems

• Understand data models, reports, dashboards and reporting structures

- Support development of reporting solutions and business intelligence outputs

• Work with tools such as Power BI and Microsoft reporting technologies

What we’re looking for

• Strong experience as a Senior Business Analyst

• Experience delivering within large-scale technology, ERP or transformation programs

- Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder engagement capability
- Experience facilitating workshops and working with diverse business users
- Solid documentation and communication skills
- Ability to work across both business and technology teams

• Experience with PeopleSoft Campus Solutions will be highly regarded

• Other PeopleSoft experience, Student Management Systems, ERP platforms or major enterprise implementations will also be considered For the Reporting BA:

• Experience with reporting requirements, dashboards, data models and Power BI

- Ability to translate business reporting needs into clear requirements for developers For the Business Enablement BA:

• Experience across change, capability, business readiness, process improvement and stakeholder engagement

Please note

- Sydney-based candidates are strongly preferred due to workshop and stakeholder requirements

• Approximately 3 days per week onsite

- Some flexibility may be available across Sydney locations
